LX Ultra

The ITE LX Ultra is a Theatrical Lighting Bar, purpose built in Australia to suit industry standard lighting fixtures. It features separate power and data partitions along the full length of the bar to prevent inductive noise. The bar is lightweight at a mere 8kg/m (without cabling) but is reliably capable of working load limits up to 500kg with a working load limit up to 500kg / 75kg/m. The bar can also be modified to form a truss for projects requiring heavier loads up to 1 tonne. The bars can be fixed, motorized, or counterweighted. For more information, please see below link.

LX Lite

The ITE LX Lite is a slimeline version of our flagship LX Ultra lighting bar and is custom built to suit industry standard lighting fixtures. It features a cable containment backbone with integrated power outlets and underhung 48od pipe. The bar is laser welded to reduce time and cost in fabrication and provides smooth surfaces all round. The bar is the lightest lighting bar available in Australia at a mere 4kg/m (without cabling) but is reliably capable of working load limits up to 30kg/m. The bars profile is also impressively small with an overall height of 210mm and width of 50mm. Bar colours, qty of outlets and lengths are also fully customisable. Multi-Purpose Truss Batten

The ITE Truss Batten is purpose built in Australia to suit industry standard lighting fixtures & scenery elements. The ITE truss batten is lightweight (6kg/m) in comparison to industry standard battens such as the 48.03od steel CHS (5.6kg/m) or 75x50x5 RHS (8.3kg/m). The bar is also engineered to minimize horizontal deflection for straight installation. Joins are seamless allowing a pipe trolley to move freely along the length of the batten. Due to the high strength of the truss, these battens are the perfect alternative to the industry standard counterweight system battens that generally require 3m spans or less. ITE also provides a range of accessories to suit the batten including; curtain tracking and fixings, hook clamps, pipe trolleys-with or without brake, lighting ladders, teasers and tormentors, scenery clamps and any other custom fixing on request. Rigging Points

The ITE Rigging Point was invented as hotels in-particular began requesting discrete, heavy duty rigging infrastructure currently not available in Australia. These spaces required the rigging points to be discrete and disappear into the ceiling when not in use. The ITE Rigging Point is purpose built to suit spaces that require rigging infrastructure that is easily removable when not in use. They can be deployed quickly and easily and allow loads between 250kg - 500kg per rigging point. Each Rigging Point is designed to be flexible and allow multiple types of attachment using industry standard rigging equipment such as scaffold clamps, eye bolts, shackles, and slings. Lighting & General-Purpose Grids

ITE Lighting & General-Purpose Grids are multi-functional and flexible. Spaces such as studios and drama areas require the flexibility to place lighting, scenery, speakers or any other type of suspended structure in any location and height around the room depending on the ever-changing performance requirements. ITE grids are generally engineered to allow loads of 50kg/m, however in cases where these capabilities are insufficient, grids can be engineered to support loads that well exceed 50kg/m. Generally, power/data/DMX is ceiling mounted however they can be integrated into the grid if required via cable duct. Motorised Truss Grids

Many theatre’s, drama areas and spaces requiring frequent mounting position changes opt for motorized grids in lieu of standard Lighting Bars. ITE truss grids allow complete flexibility to mount and move fixtures, cameras and other elements in different locations around the space quickly and easily. Purpose built in Australia to suit industry standard lighting & other fixtures. ITE motorized truss grids can be flown via ITE Elevate Pile Winding Hoists or chain hoists as required. All truss grids also feature separate power and data partitions along the full length of the grids to prevent inductive noise and a fully integrated energy chain system to allow for minimum bend radius when raising and lowering the grids. Elevate Pile Winding Hoists

The ITE Elevative Pile Winding Hoists are the benchmark in multi-drop hoists in Australia. Elevate hosits are purpose built in Australia to fly industry standard battens, lighting bars, trusses or any other suspended load. The most popular variations are the Elevate 500kg & 650kg. All hoists are engineered with safety at their core and include overtravel limits in addition to upper and lower limits, dual failsafe braking, slow start and stop, dead man control, error reporting multi-functional indicators & e-stops as required. Stage & Orchestra Lifts

ITE Entertainemnt lifts are the benchmark in Stage, Orchestra and General Purpose Lifts. Platforms can be engineered in any shape, weight capacity and stroke height depending on project requirements. ITE have been working in partnership with European Linklift manufacturer SERAPID since 2000 and have since installed lifts in every state of Australia. Components besides the Linklifts are engineered and sourced from within Australia. All manufacturing is underaken by ITE in Melbourne. All lifts are engineered with safety at their core and include overtravel limits in addition to upper and lower limits, dual failsafe braking, slow start and stop, e-stop systems, dead man control, error reporting and troubleshooting, safe edge integration to all shearing edges & interlocked balustrades where required. Theatre Counterweight Systems

ITE Counterweight Systems are the cornerstone of theatre fly systems. ITE have been installing these systems since our beginnings in 1980 and have continually refined our methods and equipment. Although simple in design, there are several crucial elements to the system that, if overlooked, can impact the user friendliness of the system dramatically. ITE manufacturers and sources all counterweight system components in Australia including the sheaves, pulleys, rope locks, wire rope terminations, guides and guide shoes, battens, and lock rails. Understanding the system nuances is a key reason why ITE is known for providing the benchmark in Australian Counterweight Systems, Theatre Fly System and Counterweight System for Theatre.

Motorised Outdoor Screens

ITE Motorized Outdoor Screens, a new technology available in Australia, is at the forefront of engineering and innovation. ITE are able to design, manufacture and install outdoor screens that can pivot out from a building or other structure up to 45 degrees to create a ‘show’ position. This flexibility allows large audiences to enjoy optimal viewing positions for movies or presentations at night and during the day. The screen can then be stowed away in the closed position when not in use. All screens feature integral safety systems such as over travel limits, wind sensing and safety movement in the event of extreme weather and sirens upon movement. Control of these screens can be via an AV control system, wireless receivers or simple wall mounted control.

Infinity Zero Fleet Hoist

The ITE Infinity Zero Fleet Hoist was developed from the ground up specifically to provide high load, fast speed movement of scenery and lighting bars. Infinity hoists are purpose built in Australia to quickly, safely, and accurately, fly industry standard battens, lighting bars, trusses, or any other suspended load up to 700kg at 1m/s. All hoists are engineered with safety at their core and include overtravel limits in addition to upper and lower limits, load sensing, slack wire detection, cross groove detection, dual failsafe braking, slow start and stop, dead man control, error reporting multi-functional indicators & e-stops as required.
